How do I know which size to order?

Each apparel item will have size chart available with the product description. Please contact garageexperts@acreativeresource.com for more information.

What are my shipping options?

Your order will ship for free in a bi-weekly shipment to your office.

How long will it take to get once my order is placed?

Stock items will ship within 2 business days. All On-Demand items will be shipped within 10-14 business days.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to include the order number for the purchase.

NOTE: On-Demand or Made-to-Order merchandise is considered a custom item and is not returnable unless the item is defective or sent in error.

To start a return, contact us at garageexperts@acreativeresource.com. We will provide you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for your return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Labels

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is your responsibility to pay the costs of return shipping on general returns and exchanges. If the item you are returning was sent in error, please reach out to garageexperts@acreativeresource.com as a return label may be provided.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing, once the return arrives at our fulfillment center. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for new and unused items within 15 days of the purchase.

NOTE: On-Demand or Made-to-Order merchandise is considered a custom item and is not returnable unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for the returned and new items on exchanges. The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and then place a new order.
